Working at Energy

EnergyCasino is a well-established, innovative online casino located on the sunny island of Malta. After opening our doors back in 2013, we’ve come a long way. Over the past years, we’ve striven to deliver a first-class gaming experience to our customers while helping our employees grow and fulfil their career goals. Our objective is simple: we’re aiming for the top spot and looking to be the best the industry offers.

Company benefits

Private Medical Insurance
All Energy employees benefit from health insurance coverage from the moment they enter the office. We also provide our teams with annual eyesight tests and comprehensive counselling sessions.
Team-building Events
It may be a cliche, but teamwork makes the dream work! We want to foster great relationships between our talented employees, and what better way to do that than kicking back by enjoying several team-building events planned throughout the year.
Training and Self-development
You’ve got room to grow with us. We’re big supporters of continuous learning and self-improvement. We offer our teams several internal training courses that can help develop skills, and we’ve also got the funding for external training our employees are looking to undergo.

Let’s help you get started

Sending a Great Application

First impressions count, especially when it comes to finding a new job. Your application is the first time we meet you - let’s make it great. We want to make sure you’ve got the tools to impress us, so feel free to make use of some of these helpful tips we’ve listed below.
Do your research
Before you send in your application, it might be helpful for you to learn as much as you can about our company. Do some digging and check out our website and social media channels. The more you know about us, the better you’ll know whether you are well-suited for a role within our company.
Be selective
Try not to apply for any and all roles you see; apply for the right position for you. It’s better to send in one single application for a role you’re excited, interested and qualified for than all the gaming jobs you encounter.

Examine the responsibilities and duties each role has to offer and match them with your personal interests, skills, experience and qualifications. Matching yourself with the right role demonstrates that you know your strengths and what direction you’d like to take.
Take time to perfect your CV and Cover Letter
As we mentioned above, your CV and cover letter will be the first time we meet you. They are an insight into your experiences and personality - so make them count!

Your CV should be informative but to the point. Nobody wants to read through five pages of work experience. Make your previous responsibilities and qualifications clear, but don’t labour the point; don’t forget that everything can be expanded upon during an interview.

For both your CV and cover letter, make sure you minimise spelling mistakes and typos. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity simply because you bypassed the basics.
Show an interest
The interview process is not a one-way affair. We shouldn’t be the only interested party; show us that you’re interested and excited in us, too! Don’t be afraid to ask us as many questions as you like, whether it’s about working hours, team size, roles and responsibilities or any general queries about gaming careers in Malta. We want you to be as informed as you can be about the company and the position.
